CANCELLATION AND LIABILITY POLICY
When you sign up for a session or a retreat/training or online event with Dr. Nicola Amadora you agree to the following policy:
For private Sessions the following cancellation policy applies:
A 48 – hour notice must be given or else the full cost of the session is due. In an emergency, exceptions might be made at the discretion of Dr. Nicola Amadora.
For all in-person Retreats and Trainings led by Dr. Nicola Amadora the following cancellation policy applies:
The deposit is non-refundable.
The amount paid for a retreat or training is refundable up to eight weeks before the event (minus the deposit/or the Admin fee of 30 Euro) unless stated otherwise. After that period no refund is offered and the full fee is due even if you cannot attend.
In case of disasters such as fires, floods, and other unforeseen occurrences such as Covid government regulations that threaten a safe environment for the retreat or training, Dr. N. Amadora is not liable. All attempts are made to offer a different time or to relocate a live retreat or training. If that is possible, then no refund is given. Exception: If a retreat has to be changed to a different date due to sudden Covid government restrictions that make it impossible to meet in person, the attendee has five days to cancel after the announcement was sent out and will be refunded the full amount paid minus the 30 Euro Admin fee. After that grace period, no refunds are given and the full fee applies.
If Dr. Nicola Amadora must cancel the event for any other reason without a replacement a full refund is offered, or the entire tuition can be applied and transferred to another event in the future.
Please note that longer retreats and pilgrimages such as the Mary Magdalene journey have a different cancellation policy due to the high level of organization and cost involved. The full payment is due three months before the retreat and no refunds of any kind can be given in case of cancelation less than three months’ notice. To cover yourself, please take out travel insurance.
For all Online Events the following cancellation policy applies:
No refund is offered and the full fee is due if the attendee cancels for any reason. If N. Amadora needs to cancel for any reason and provides a replacement date the attendee has three days after the announcement to cancel and will receive a full refund minus admin fee, or if another date is not offered, the attendee will receive a full refund.
