Since the beginning of time, a spiritual teacher and guide had to undergo years of intense, often severe training.

But given our dire global situation and how many women are awakening everywhere, we simply need more qualified spiritual leaders, teachers, and facilitators in our world.

To answer the surge of need…

Some women just make it up, read books, take a few workshops and pass it on. Their wisdom remains superficial, inauthentic, and uncooked. Not real and lived. Having intuition, some knowledge, healing, and an awakening experience just aren’t enough. Sometimes with naivete or arrogance, lack of ethics, skill, and training, they cause more harm than good.

And there are women, who carry this ancient calling in their hearts but fear taking the staff. Feeling not good enough or ever ready. Not having the capacity, and afraid to abuse power….they hold back and never fulfill their sacred vocation. A boding sense of ‘I am not allowed to take such authority, it’s forbidden’ whispers from below.

Yes, it was. In most spiritual traditions and in our world, women were not allowed to take the seat of power.

Men took the sole authority as spiritual teachers and leaders. For centuries the common spiritual path has been taught, dominated, and created by men for men. But, this masculine approach of transcendence does not work for women. We have inherited, ingested, and followed their teachings and practices. Not surprisingly, it has caused harm, confusion, and disconnection for women. Even modern-day spirituality is heavily influenced by it and is often leading women astray.

Yet, her way has been here all along.

Buried, oppressed, hidden, and forgotten it is still alive deep down in the earth, coursing through our soul, blood, and bones.

She is urging us to step into our rich heritage, reclaim what is ours all along, free ourselves and resurrect her power.

Embody and show the way for women who are longing for her! For our sanity, health, enlivenment, this earth, our ancestors and children, and her liberation.

For over 30 years, I’ve been guiding women worldwide to awaken, heal and embody Her way in life and this world. I have experienced the immense effect it has. How women find home, come to life, heal in body and soul. How they are able to step into enlivenment, empowerment, embodiment, and help in the great turning. This gift is so needed now.

You receive 120 hours of transformational, valuable professional, spiritual, and personal Training during 12 months. Please note, that this training is not for beginners. You must already be immersed in the spiritual path and engaged in personal work. Ideally, you are steeped in the feminine way and have some experience in guiding others. I heeded the call early in life. I trained extensively (and the growth never ends:) because I felt the profound responsibility to guide others well and I was asked to teach. Since then I’ve worked with thousands of people, especially women, for decades worldwide. And after receiving many requests, I am honored and thrilled to offer this year-long substantial spiritual leader education for women in the way of the deep feminine.

This is certainly not a fluffy new age course, but a seasoned training that will grow you and your capacities greatly – with belly, heart, mind, and soul. It will nourish and surely challenge you. It will plunge you into the depths and raise you. It will give you the finest and rare skills to fulfill your mission responsibly, authentically, and wisely. In service to all.

How this Spiritual Education is set up for you

Every month for one year, you’ll receive this:

~ Teaching Session: Practices and teachings of the deep feminine way. I will offer meditation, transmission, practice, teaching, and partner/group practice and sharing. Each month we’ll engage with a particular theme, and specific spiritual practice from the feminine lineage, embodiment practices, and grow your capacity and confidence to serve your calling as a teacher, guide, or leader. 1.5 hour

~ Skills Training Session: how to teach and guide others skillfully through the deep feminine way. You will expand your capacity and learn essential skills. With hands-on practice time.1.5 hours

~ Spiritual Practice Session: Guided deep meditation, activation, and spiritual practice in the feminine way. Live and recorded.

~  Group Mentoring Q/A optional Session: You receive guidance and personal support for your own unfoldment and work on this path. 1 hour

~ Personal 1:1 Mentoring: A private mentoring session for you with Nicola Amadora

~ Peer Practice Groups: receive support and grow capacity by integrating the experiences and practicing the material with each other.Optional

~ A special Retreat: At the end of the training we gather for a 4-day in-person retreat in Portugal which also includes a sacred initiation ceremony for each woman (online if you can’t travel).

Meet your Teacher and Mentor

Nicola Amadora Ph.D. is an international spiritual teacher, holistic psychologist, trauma therapist, speaker, author, and women leader of the deep feminine way. Nicola has been ushering women into the way of the sacred, wild feminine for thirty years. She has been teaching and guiding thousands of women worldwide to awaken, heal, and embody the deep feminine and her way. She unites human and divine, with transmission and skilled expertise, heart, belly, and feet. So women step forth to live boldly the holy in the streets and make a difference in our shaken world. Cost:  If you sign up and pay the deposit by Jan.31st, 2024 you get the Early Bird. The sooner you apply, the more likely you receive a place. One Life Time Professional Investment of €3999.

How: Apply first via the application form. Once you have been accepted, if you want, Nicola is available to meet with you for a 20-minute talk to answer any questions you may still have about the program. When you have paid the deposit or the whole amount your place of honor at the table is reserved.

Priority is given to women who have already attended a retreat or course with Nicola.

Logistics:

The first new training round begins on Saturday, April 27th, 2024. The monthly teaching and experience-based sessions are usually on the last Saturday of each month. The exact dates for every month are soon forthcoming.

During 12 months, you’ll receive:

~ 12 in-depth Modules for personal and soul unfolding, and feminine leadership training

~ Monthly Live Online Training Sessions via Zoom are on Saturdays for 2.5 hours

9.30 am – 12.00 pm PST USA, 18.30 – 21.00 Europe, 17.30 -20.00 UK.

These main live sessions include your personal and soul unfolding with a specific feminine theme, meditation, teaching, story, transmission, direct experience and study of material and practices, a brief break and movement, plus skills and facilitation/ leadership training and hands-on practice for guiding others.

~ Monthly pre-recorded Video for Spiritual Leadership

~ Monthly Live Group Mentoring Q&A session on a weekday. This will be set at a regular time and day when most women from around the world are able to attend. 1 hour

~ Monthly Spiritual Practice Session 30 minutes. This is offered live for the group on Zoom and will be combined with the mentoring session.

~ Guidance, Inspiration, Prayers, and Treasures in your Inbox

~ Monthly small Group Practice Meetings will be arranged among the participants.

~ A private WhatsApp group for community interaction

~ In-person 4-day Retreat in a magical place in Portugal (if you can’t travel you can attend the teaching sessions online). Please note that accommodation/food/travel cost is not included. It will be in March 2025. It includes the last teaching, practice, and mentoring module plus the final empowerment completion ceremony. We’ll also visit sacred places in the area of Sintra, which are ancient and charged with feminine power.
