Where and What: This professional training and certification program for healers and leaders is offered live online worldwide. The complete training leads to certification. Dr. Nicola Amadora has successfully worked with thousands of clients and groups for thirty years internationally. She offers a wealth of experience and expertise as a Transpersonal & Depth Psychologist, non-dual Spiritual Teacher, cert. Hakomi & Trauma Therapist, Leadership and Relationship Educator, and Founder of Living Connection. WHEN AND HOW
Each individual Module includes 18 hours of training and 14 accredited CPD hours(UK). The whole training consists of 54 hours. Please see the details of what each Module contains below the interview videos.
The training sessions include four hours each day online with expert teaching, hands-on practice, in-between breaks, and movement.
Additional: Monthly one live coaching and Q&A session with Dr.Amadora (two sessions per module). Monthly or biweekly peer practice group sessions.

Certification:
For the full certification, you are required to attend most training sessions and practice in between. In case you cannot attend all teaching sessions, recordings are available to you. With the certification, you receive permission to use the material, methods, and practices, which have been carefully developed and applied over decades by Dr. Nicola Amadora, in your own work with clients and groups.
The official title you receive with the certification: Depth Transformation Coach/ Guide or Therapist (if you are a psychotherapist, psychologist, or social worker)

Module 1 Training includes:
Discover what creates organic and lasting transformation at the core. Deepen your leadership and healing abilities. Take your seat solidly in loving presence and support people to access their inherent wisdom. Introduce specific mindfulness/awareness, somatic experiencing, and emotional growth tools to people from diverse walks of life. Module 2 Training includes:
We build on the principles and skills from level one and expand capacity. In this module, you have the opportunity to practice the level two skills to work with individual clients and expand to lead groups soulfully and skillfully. Transformational work with groups requires a higher level of expertise and capacity. Learn Resonance Communication and Connection abilities. Deal with people’s challenges within the group gracefully. Learn to attend to Trauma and Spiritual Emergence within the Group. Teach in an engaging and alive way that includes everyone. Read more details below.
Module 3 Training includes:
The final training intensive leads to the certification. Details for the third training are available for participants and professionals who have successfully completed Module 1 & 2, who have practiced the material, and have attended 4 group mentoring sessions.

Module 1 Training includes:
Aim: to develop the therapist’s/facilitators own presence and learn the skills of working in depth. It unites the teachings of depth psychology and grounded spirituality, and the skills for emotional intelligence, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, resonant relating, energy work, core healing, spiritual connection, and applications for personal and soul unfolding stages. It covers:
1. The root of suffering – What heals suffering in a deep way? What helps people to connect to the source, to themselves and others?
2. Arc and flow of Transformation: What leads to lasting transformation in people? Discover the Principles and Stages of transformation. Learn the necessary elements and skills for lasting transformation to unfold.
3. How to establish safety, connection and embodied grounding with clients.
4. First intro level of the five foundational elements and how to guide clients into: – Mindfulness/Awareness – Emotional Intelligence – Resonant Relating – Somatic Experiencing – Spiritual Connection
5. First practice level on how to take your seat in presence, wholeheartedness and connection even in the face of intense emotions or a passage of ‘the dark night of the soul’. How to accompany and hold space for entering into darkness until the light can be discovered.
6. First level of the deep art of meeting people where they are at somatically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Recognize what is the client ready for and what is too overwhelming. Learn to bring clients out of a survival trance to a greater awareness of their inner wisdom and the possibility of deeper awakening.
7. Lead through the moment- to- moment direct felt experience. Practices and skills development – incorporating somatic, emotional, mindful and spiritual approaches.
8. Unite psychology and embodied spirituality in a grounded way. Understand the spiritual and human language of a client.
9. Signs of Trauma or Awakening. How to recognize the difference between trauma and spiritual emergence. Knowing the signs, challenges, pitfalls and rewards of each.
10. First intro level for skills and capacity cultivation to guide trauma healing and spiritual awakening in an integrated way.
11. Ethics and integration skills.
Strengthen and refine your leadership and healing abilities. Support people to access their deeper wisdom, love and truth. Introduce mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and heart-opening to people of diverse cultures and backgrounds. Expand your capacity to see and meet where people are really at in their development and unfoldment and what they need presently the most. Recognize spiritual emergence, awakening, and kundalini experiences and learn how to guide people through it. Learn trauma healing skills and grow your capacity to support people wisely. Work with the people’s innate intelligence and create cohesion. Provide direct, alive and new experiences that are missing. Understand developmental stages and attachment styles of people. Hone tracking and masterful connecting skills. Deepen and root into loving presence, your true nature. Work elegantly with energy, structure, and moment-to-moment flow. Module 2 Training includes:
Module 2 builds upon the first module and takes participants to level 2 for trauma healing and spiritual awakening guidance. We continue with individual client work and expand into group work. Transformational work with groups requires a higher level of expertise and capacity. In this training module, you also have the opportunity to lead sections to receive support, supervision and feedback. We deepen and expand the transformation principles and skills to working with groups as a facilitator/teacher and with clients as a therapist/healer.

- Working with Groups:
How to guide groups masterfully with presence, heart and connection. Learn what helps groups to become a supportive vessel for the process of awakening, healing and integrating, and embodiment. Understand essential group and inherited family dynamics and how to shift the classic reactions. How to take charge and lead the whole group into a deeper connection, heart, and presence in any situation. Learn the right use of inclusive language for facilitators. Recognize and navigate the dance of power dynamics. Co-lead with the group being and source intelligence. Expand your personal capacity for working with larger groups. How to teach and present publicly by offering direct and alive experiences ( people don’t want just knowledge and concepts, they want to experience). Learn exercises that connect and work for specific groups and situations. The do’s and not to do’s when you teach or present on stage. How to create a field of safety, authenticity, warmth, and openness for any kind of group. How to include people of diverse backgrounds and use a common language to meet them where they are at. How to turn conflicts into opportunities. What to do when you have a mixed group, some who are spiritually advanced and others who are beginning. Tend to the danger of creating intense experiences without follow-up. Practice shifting communication styles in groups to bring forth more understanding and connection. How to lead a group in such a way that each person individually feels included and safe. Making room for individual expressions, whilst tending to the well-being of the whole group. How to address trauma and awakening experiences that arise in a group.
Module 3 Training includes:
Here we put it all together and learn to fluidly apply all the principles and skills in practice. The final training intensive leads to the certification. Details for the third training are only available for participants and professionals who have successfully completed Module 1 & 2 , who have practiced and applied the material, and have attended 6 group or individual mentoring sessions.

Our promise, because we trust the high value you will receive, is: If you realize after Module 1 that you do not wish to continue because you don’t get value, and you have attended most sessions and engaged in the practice group, then the money for the other two Modules (2/3) will be refunded to you. in this case the normal fee for Module 1 of €565 will be deducted.
