Since 1986, she has worked with adults and children and taught in England, Sweden, Germany and America. Trained in different therapeutic modalities, she worked as a psychotherapist in Europe. She has been practicing meditation intensively for over 25 years and was asked to teach. One answer to her calling was that Nicola founded a spiritual center, where she facilitated regular family days, couples workshops, women's and meditation retreats, nature awareness seminars, interfaith worship services and community festivals. Over a decade she has been actively involved in the movement for social justice and the care of our earth.

Presently she teaches, counsels and resides in Santa Cruz, California. Nicola is the author of “Nothing But Love.” She is a gardner, writer, rides horses in the wild, enjoys swimming in the ocean, sings, dances, loves life and is the dedicated mother of a precious daughter.
